📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalate gaps
• Champion strong operational standards for the sales floor
• Represent the business in meetings with GM/store leadership
• Lead a team through accountability, coaching, and talent development
• Ensure the store is customer-ready, safe, and inviting

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Strong inventory management and process-improvement skills
• Proficient in scheduling and labor planning
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
