Lead daily operations of the Corrosion/CP division across multiple states and service territories
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, field execution, and operational efficiency
Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and best practices
Ensure all projects and inspections are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
Monitor field productivity, quality control, and service performance metrics
Maintain and oversee company-issued equipment, tools, and service vehicles

🎯 Requirements

Experience in corrosion control, cathodic protection, or related industries
Leadership experience managing field operations and personnel
Strong knowledge of corrosion testing and CP systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
