• Run the floor: picking, packing, routing, and dispatch each shift.
• Build the shift plan and adjust on the fly as priorities shift.
• Train, mentor, and run team huddles to stay aligned.
• Keep SOPs and warehouse safe, clean, and organized.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years running warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics ops.
• Proven track record getting hourly teams to show up and perform.
• Comfort with WMS tools, handheld scanners, and final mile dispatch.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
