Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Select, train, schedule, coach, and discipline employees.
• Work with GM to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems.
• Develop operations systems for product handling and storage.
• Enforce policies for receiving, inventory, and shipping.
• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment; enforce standards and regulations.
• Meet or exceed operations labor budget and drive efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of management with at least 5 direct reports.
• Technical background in natural stone and quartz fabrication.
• Experience with CNC saws/routers, hand tools, grinders and polishers.
• Proficient in MS Office, AlphaCam, and AutoCAD.
• Experience reading blueprints, sketches, models, or project descriptions.
