📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key store operations
• Investigate inventory accuracy; escalate gaps with the Manager
• Lead and maintain standards on sales floor and back-of-house
• Plan labor and scheduling to keep store customer-ready
• Manage budgets, metrics, and quarterly planning
• Represent the business in meetings with GM and partners
