📋 Description

• Oversee and support key store operational processes
• Manage inventory accuracy, labor planning, and scheduling
• Ensure customer-ready store on the floor and back-of-house
• Lead Operations team with coaching and standards
• Partner with GM on budget, planning, and performance data
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting store

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with budgeting and business data metrics
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Agile, multitask, and able to adapt in a fast-paced store
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store
