📋 Description

• Ensure smooth information flow between Sales, Finance and Operations
• Identify optimization potentials and develop pragmatic solutions to increase efficiency
• Document existing processes and support their continuous further development
• Actively contribute to improving operational workflows
• Maintain and develop the Salesforce CRM system together with specialist departments
• Ensure high data quality through regular quality controls

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial, business or technical training or a corresponding degree
• Initial to several years of professional experience in business operations, sales operations, CRM
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good analytical thinking skills and confident handling of numbers and data
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
