📋 Description

• Define and own core payment operations and KPIs (acceptance, performance, conversion, cost).
\n
• Oversee fraud prevention and risk management strategies to safeguard assets.
\n
• Analyze payment market trends to improve CX and efficiency.
\n
• Monitor metrics to identify improvements related to core KPIs.
\n
• Lead and train a global payments team across geographies.
\n
• Act as primary POC with network partners to resolve production issues.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
\n
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related field.
\n
• Advanced knowledge of global payment systems and region-specific rules.
\n
• Payment operations experience in tech/fintech/gaming is an advantage.
\n
• Proven experience in fraud, risk, KYC, investigation, and risk management.
\n
• Expert experience managing, leading and building a wider team.
\n
