📋 Description

• Oversee key store operational processes and inventory accuracy.
• Lead labor planning, scheduling, and staffing.
• Maintain a customer-ready store environment, clean and safe.
• Drive efficiency and guest experience through ops leadership.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to manage budget and data.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
• Agile and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Ability to align with brand culture while balancing business needs.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move throughout shift.
