📋 Description

Lead daily power plant operations, including gas turbine startup and shutdown
Build, train, and manage a team of plant operators and shift supervisors
Develop and implement operating procedures and shift turnover processes
Monitor operational performance including efficiency, temperatures, and alarms
Direct response to turbine trips and abnormal plant conditions
Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
5+ years hands-on experience in power plant operations
Experience directing plant operations and supervising control room
Experience with startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
