Operations Manager PtP (Accounts Payable) (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Manage the service delivery in PtP, on a day-to-day basis, within defined budgets and in accordance
• Monitor the performance of staff against agreed objectives, taking improvement actions where
• Implement a continuous improvement culture within the service area.
• Manage relations with internal stakeholders/recipients of services, resolve issues in cooperation.
• Lead group of first line managers.
• Create a friendly working environment within the service area to attract and retain talents.

🎯 Requirements

• Master Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing (30+ people) teams, preferably in BPO/SSC environment.
• Strong financial domain knowledge – per specific service area (PtP, OtC or RtR).
• Experience in managing performance against Service Level Agreements.
• Customer focus and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication & strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
