🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Life Sciences, Finance, HR or related.
5+ years in consulting, resource management, project operations or PMO.
Experience in system implementation or consulting in Life Sciences/PV.
Strong understanding of resource planning and capacity management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables and XLOOKUP.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
