📋 Description

• Oversee and implement key operational processes in the store
• Lead inventory accuracy, labor planning and scheduling
• Maintain customer-ready store, including sales floor and back of house
• Flow management and multi-tasking to support store needs
• Role requires constant movement and ensuring safety and cleanliness
• Report on performance data to inform planning and budgeting

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Operates with an ability to coach, develop talent, and lead a team
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Agile, able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
