📋 Description

• Lead and manage the ROC Sofia function
• Provide high-quality, efficient and scalable services to support global growth
• Work with the global business to align strategy and position ROC Sofia to contribute to success
• Manage financial spend and staff utilisation to optimise return on investment
• Lead scheduling and resource allocation to maximise visibility for stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders with English and Bulgarian
• Highly organised with a structured and efficient planning approach
• Adaptable and solutions-focused, thriving in a reactive environment
• A strong understanding of Hawk-Eye services, standards and operating models
• Preferred: Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making; experience in continuous improvement and process management
