Operations Manager (Sunday-Wednesday Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Oversee shift management for ~250 workers and 4–5 supervisors.
• Plan shifts with GM and other shifts; hold pre-shift meetings.
• Ensure shifts meet production goals and labor targets; monitor results.
• Guide supervisors on personnel, quality, and safety; escalate HR matters.
• Facilitate daily team meetings and cross-shift communication for alignment.
• Create daily shift planner and implement methods to improve efficiency and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years supervisory experience, preferably in a DC/warehouse.
• 1–2 years operations experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Suite; Workday preferred.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
• Strong communication across associates, management, and executives.
• Strong problem solving and process control; adaptable to change.
