Operations Manager - The Fashion Mall at Keystone

📋 Description

• Oversee store operations: inventory, labor planning, scheduling.
• Ensure the store is customer-ready at all times; move between sales floor and back of house.
• Investigate and root-cause inventory issues; escalate gaps with the Manager.
• Lead operational standards for the sales floor, driving efficiency and guest experience.
• Represent the business in meetings and coordinate with cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Agile, able to manage multiple tasks in changing environment
• Independent work ethic with time management and accountability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand during full shifts
