📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes
• Investigate root cause inventory issues, escalate gaps
• Champion operational standards for the salesfloor using data
• Support inventory accuracy and labor planning; coordinate deliveries
• Represent the business in meetings with the General Manager
• Lead a team with accountability and strong communication

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail leadership experience
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Independent work ethic, time management, personal accountability
• Agile with multi-tasking in a changing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand all shift
