Operations Manager, Trading & Regulatory Compliance

📋 Description

• Daily platform health checks across MT5, TradingView, ProRealTime, and tastyfx.
• Review overnight incidents; assess impact and escalate major events.
• First responder for execution anomalies and outages; own resolution.
• Liaise with IG Group core dealing and pricing teams on incidents.
• Process trade corrections, cash adjustments, and client remediations.
• Monitor margin calls and escalate large/systemic risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in trading ops at an NFA/CFTC-regulated firm.
• Licensure: Series 3 and 34 preferred; willing to obtain if not held.
• Hands-on MT4 or MT5 platform administration experience.
• Strong written communication; produce precise regulatory docs under time pressure.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with real-time incident triage.
