Operations Manager, YouTube (Contract)

📋 Description

• Source, prepare, and distribute assets for YouTube uploads.
• Manage metadata, geoblocking, and asset labeling for monetization.
• Coordinate between teams to facilitate approvals, uploads, and asset sharing.
• Contributing to data collection and compiling performance reports.
• Support marketing initiatives by uploading trailers and promos to YouTube.

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, asset management, or a related field.
• Clear and precise written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Eager to learn new things and constantly strives to find content and strategy optimization opportunities.
• A proactive problem-solver who identifies issues early and proposes effective solutions.
• Experience evaluating systems to create workflow efficiencies
