🎯 Requirements

6-8+ years in partner ops, CS, or AM in high-growth tech.
Proven track record in complex partner programs and governance cadences.
Excellent communication and executive presence with C-suite partners.
Strong analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable roadmaps.
Self-directed problem solver, cross-functional collaboration.

🎁 Benefits

Salary range: $159,000 — $196,000 USD (base).
