• Experience owning end-to-end planning cycles as a strategic partner
• Strong ability to distill complex data for leadership recommendations
• Hands-on expertise in enterprise planning platforms and SQL
• Track record of cross-functional strategy, cost-down, and efficiency gains
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics
• 5+ years in planning/supply chain, strategic operations, or analytical business function
