📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and translate them into scalable processes.
• Standardize workflows for consistency across regions: NA, Europe, APAC, LatAm.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM)
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, or media/production ops
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation
• Hands-on mindset: move from strategy to execution quickly
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
