📋 Description

• Run solutions, tools, and processes to ensure timely delivery of services
• On-board new customers and launch products across teams
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Analytics
• Develop and hand over designs to operations teams
• Deliver pilots, tests, and experiments and communicate results
• Maintain reporting for leaders to inform operations and strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations, process improvement, or consulting
• Undergraduate analytics-heavy degree (Engineering, Economics) or related graduate degree
• Experience leading day-to-day activities and improving processes
• Action-oriented mindset with problem solving and delivery focus
• Analytical, planning, and process-improvement capability
