Operations Program Manager, MAITE Finland

📋 Description

• Director Coverage: lead MAITE during Director's absences and schedule conflicts.
• Represent Director in technical meetings when unavailable; ensure outcomes.
• Build knowledge to step in on topics the Director handles.
• Co-own weekly MAITE Team Lead meeting; prepare agenda and track actions.
• Drive cross-functional improvement projects for MAITE (e.g., MES).

🎯 Requirements

• Technical depth in satellite systems, spacecraft integration, or AIT.
• 8+ years in aerospace, space systems, or high-reliability manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing projects from scoping to reporting.
• Strong facilitation and communication; lead engineers and leads.
• Exceptional organizational ability; proactive about gaps.
• Fluent in English; Finnish or other European languages a plus.
