Operations Project Manager

📋 Description

• Actively manage day-to-day project schedules, track critical milestones, and keep cross-functional
• Coordinate facility buildouts and assembly line expansions, including equipment tracking
• Orchestrate production transfers of tooling, inventory, and assembly lines between internal sites
• Support M&A integration by onboarding acquired operational units, consolidating SOPs, tracking
• Serve as the central communication bridge between Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality
• Maintain project documentation, risk logs, and weekly status dashboards to keep leadership informed

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive experience in project management, manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations.
• Practical operational exposure and familiarity with hardware/electronics manufacturing, facility
• Strong grasp of core project management principles; PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
• Experience tracking project budgets, managing CAPEX/OPEX spend, monitoring cost variances, and
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) and
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
