Operations Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of NPI projects from strategic decisions, stakeholder management, scheduling, team
• Set and lead site NPI program strategy including stage and gate meetings and timelines to meet
• Matrix management of a team of site operations personnel assigned to plan, implement and execute
• Create comprehensive project plans, budgets and strategies for assigned projects. Translate project
• Establish and host periodic updates of progress to plant management.
• Represent and provide project status and updates to MES and external leadership as required by

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or technical field. MBA degree is beneficial and preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in areas such as supply chain, customer service, manufacturing
• Strong Strategy development and planning skills coupled with necessary knowledge of pharmaceutical
• Strong issue identification and problem analysis, with the ability to create and execute solutions
• Proficiency with common program management communication software tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of business financial systems and tools.
