Operations Project Manager- Global Merchandising

📋 Description

• Lead high-performing team, set priorities, and foster collaboration with partners.
• Lead end-to-end merchandising ops across partners and events with seamless planning and execution.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, P&Ls, and pricing frameworks.
• Redesign, optimize and automate merchandising processes for scalability.
• Manage supply chain, logistics and inventory across the lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional PM, coordinating stakeholders for timely execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain, merchandising).
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail or merchandising experience in forecasting, budgeting, inventory or logistics.
• Excel at cross-functional coordination with diverse stakeholders and partners.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable with data, KPIs, and dashboards.
