Operations Recruiter

📋 Description

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across the organization.
• Build relationships with regional leaders and hiring managers for successful placements.
• Source talent using creative, effective methods and outreach strategies.
• Create and manage a pipeline of internal and external candidates for critical roles.
• Manage employment marketing: write compelling ads and select advertising partners.
• Monitor postings for quality; alert leaders to fraudulent postings; manage screening.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years recruiting experience (corporate, operations, retail, hospitality) or equivalent operations experience.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple software applications and data entry systems.
• Dependable and proven ability to work independently.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Property management experience a plus.
