Operations Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Own daily CBIE operations across lines, surface risks to leadership.
• Improve regulatory reporting via dashboards using SQL, Snowflake, Looker.
• Develop local outsourcing processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Partner with owners to ensure outsourcing framework compliance and third-party risk management.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across operations, growth, and regulatory priorities.
• Support regulatory and product ops for CBIE, including meeting materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial services, management consulting, ops, or data analysis.
• Proven track record building end-to-end ops processes from design to measurement.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Looker with self-serve dashboards.
• Outsourcing governance/third-party risk mgmt in regulated finance.
• Ability to translate complex problems into structured workplans.
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow.
