📋 Description

• Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries across channels.
• Efficiently manage reservations, pricing, policies, and guest communications across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with owners to confirm availability and vendor support, informing guests of any impacts.
• Use Streamline VRS for reservations, guest communications, billing, property documentation, and listings.
• Maintain detailed communication within the Operations team for seamless handover of tasks.
• Take ownership of tasks and projects to support fast-paced daily operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory).
• Prior reservations or administrative ops experience in vacation rental or hotel.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Proficiency in learning new software quickly.
