Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide operational leadership and oversight for systemwide initiatives involving complex projects
• Support the development, planning, implementation, and delivery of strategic initiatives aligned
• Apply standardized project management methodologies, processes, and tools to maintain consistency
• Coordinate stakeholders and project activities to ensure initiatives are delivered within approved
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or operational challenges, and support timely resolution
• Contribute to quality improvement and cost-reduction initiatives where applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably within a healthcare or similarly complex
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain
• Experience supporting or leading projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities
• Experience with quality improvement, operational optimization, or cost-reduction initiatives
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple
