Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end coordination and reporting process for partner accounts
• Oversee data integrity, system onboarding, and communication between teams
• Serve as a central point of accountability for ensuring that reporting, client onboarding, and
• Apply sound judgment to evaluate data, recommend process improvements, and identify opportunities
• Work directly within the proprietary platform to onboard new clients, assess operational readiness
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred working time zone for this person is East Coast, working hours would be 8-5pm EST
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field preferred, but not required
• 3+ years professional work experience
• Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in G Suite, Sheets or Excel, and business
• Experience interpreting data with the ability to recommend process or performance improvements
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accountability for deliverables
