📋 Description

Provide operational support for crypto and banking transactions
Carry out withdrawal verification for client requests
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly reconciliations of crypto/fiat accounts
Troubleshoot account issues and respond to inquiries
Manage client onboarding and KYC/AML due diligence
Guide part-time team and review work for accuracy

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2-3 years in operations, banking, or financial services
Knowledge of KYC/AML, reconciliations, or financial operations
Experience coordinating or guiding colleagues
Clear communication in German and English
Available for evening and Sunday work
