📋 Description

• Data & Document Onboarding: Ingest and structure historical data for AI workflows.
• AI-Assisted Processing: Handle requests within SLAs in AI-powered workflows.
• Quality Assurance: Review AI outputs for accuracy and alignment.
• Process Development: Refine procedures, help build the playbook, pilot improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with customer teams across product workflows.
• Customer Engagement: Act as operational contact with internal/external customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in ops/administrative/data-focused roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail under volume and time pressure.
• Sound judgment; escalate issues appropriately.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows; critically evaluate AI outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
