Operations Specialist - Driver - Fort Collins, CO

📋 Description

• Drive, deploy, relocate, and prep scooters for riders.
• Keep rides safe, smooth, and on time.
• Shift: 6am-2:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm, 4 days a week.
• Pay: $18/hour.
• Use mobile app routes to deploy or retrieve scooters.
• Operate a smartphone while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Support warehouse and fleet staging operations.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and use internal tools.
• Participate in product testing and feature rollouts.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old.
• A valid driver's license with 2+ years driving.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps while on the move.
• Lift up to 80 lbs (with or without accommodation).
• Team-oriented with strong communication.
• Proficiency in English, bilingual a plus.
• Weekend or varied shift availability; familiarity with local streets.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, rideshare, or warehouse work is a plus.
