• Coordinate onboarding and on-going training for coaches and instructors (scheduling, audience

• Provide operational support to the enablement team, ensuring data and enablement inputs are ready

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Customer Success
• Ability to build dashboards or reports that turn raw information into actionable insights
• Experience designing and implementing processes or playbooks that improved team performance
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to navigate ambiguity
• Thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing long-term improvements with short-term needs
