• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on the phone under pressure.
• High attention to detail; small errors have big consequences.
• Ability to multitask and shift between priorities.
• Willingness to obtain sector certifications (e.g., Dangerous Goods).
• Available for training in Carlsbad, CA for 2 weeks.
