Operations Specialist II

📋 Description

• Independently coordinate equipment moves and storage logistics
• Obtain supplier quotes and assist with contractor selection
• Coordinate onsite storage for excess equipment and supplies
• Review floor plans and drawings to maximize space utilization for materials and equipment
• Order, track, and manage supplies for assigned areas
• Lead setup and coordination for small events

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, facilities, logistics, safety, or a related hands on support
• 2+ year working in a start-up atmosphere or fast paced environment
• Ability to work in hazardous test environments (eg. high hazard, explosive, or radioactive
• Ability to follow clear instructions, complete assigned tasks, and communicate issues promptly and
• DOT 49CFR certified
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
