📋 Description

• Own the judgment calls that keep orders moving in time-critical logistics
• Source coverage for shipments, including oversized or special loads
• Perform carrier traces and cost estimates using bid/quote tools
• Proactively apply training and experience to anticipate and solve issues
• De-escalate situations with customers and drivers when needed
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and agents at every shipment step

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success as an Operations Specialist I or equivalent time-critical logistics experience
• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information under time pressure
• Track record of de-escalating difficult customer or operational situations without handoffs
• Comfort sourcing non-standard solutions (specialized vehicles, oversized loads)
• Certifications for your sector (e.g., Dangerous Goods) or willingness to obtain them
• Available for required training on-site at Carlsbad, CA headquarters
