• Near-expert knowledge of sector trade, regulatory, and compliance rules.
• Proven coaching ability to support less-tenured teammates.
• Sound judgment under pressure and proactive problem anticipation.
• Willingness to obtain relevant sector certifications; on-site training at Carlsbad, CA.
