🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 1-2 years operations experience
Prior exposure to KYC/AML, reconciliations or financial operations
Clear written and spoken communication in German and English
Accuracy and strong attention to detail
Well organized with email, spreadsheets and databases
Availability for evening and Sunday work
