• Review immigration applications and legal filings

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school
• Active membership in good standing with a state bar
• EOIR registration preferred, or willingness to obtain within first month
• 0-1 year of post-J.D. experience; prior immigration law experience not required
• Foundational skills in legal research and drafting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
