Operations Standards Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of standard operating procedures, job aids
• Assess documentation requirements, identify gaps, and maintain alignment with regulatory
• Coordinate operational impact assessments and readiness activities for business, technology
• Develop and coordinate communications, training resources, and documentation updates to support the
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, operational approvals, and participation in change governance
• Partner with IT, Operations, and Training teams on system enhancements, implementations, testing

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, change management, or a
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop clear, accurate, and high-quality SOPs, workflows, job aids, and
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
