• MBA or equivalent + consulting or strategy/ops at a high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with large datasets for insights.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Experience leading planning processes (annual, headcount, budget).
• Structured thinker with bias for action and autonomy with alignment.
