Operations Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and motivate the collections team to meet individual and departmental recovery goals.
• Monitor daily collection activity and performance metrics, and report regularly to management.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve collection rates and reduce delinquency.
• Handle escalated customer issues and review and approve payment arrangements, write-offs, and
• Partner with Customer Service, Finance, and Compliance to resolve account discrepancies.
• Ensure all collection activity adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, or a similar field, including supervisory
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong knowledge of collection laws, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and collection management systems, with strong analytical and organizational
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to perform
