  • Coach and develop team; ensure safety, quality, and engagement.
  • Manage staffing, materials, and changeovers; enforce standard work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability.
  • Own training and development, performance tracking, and escalation.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years in Food Manufacturing.
  • 3-5 years in a Supervisory role; bakery equipment a plus.
  • Adherence to safety, GMP and efficiency standards.
  • Excellent communication and math skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude to diagnose issues and assign resources.
