• Meet or exceed operational goals through planning and KPIs.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and open communication.
• Uphold safety and quality protocols in the facility.
• Lead and mentor front-line staff for continuous improvement.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with HR for rollout.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience in warehouse or manufacturing.
• Experience in production, inventory, receiving, or QA.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants.
• Adaptable to changing priorities; strong time management.
• Experience training others on new processes.
• Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting.
