Address daily issues and drive improvements in fulfillment.
Lead training and performance reviews to elevate team effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Engineering/Logistics/Business or 2 years managerial exp.
Experience in Warehousing/3PL/Distribution or Manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bilingual English/Spanish is desired.
Knowledge of WMS is a plus.
