Lead a team of approximately 30 Autonomous GSE Operators across two shifts at ATL
Publish weekly operator schedules and tug assignments
Approve or deny operator time-off requests and track daily and weekly attendance
Monitor real-time fleet performance, intervening when service levels, safety, or equipment
Review the daily metrics for errors, missing entries, or anomalies and ensure data quality before
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports; deliver coaching and progressive

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
High school diploma or GED
Valid US driver's license
Must be able to pass federal background checks and receive and maintain issuance of an airport
Strong communication, organizational, and people-leadership skills
Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence
