Operations Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

📋 Description

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Forest team.
• Supervise the implementation of operational SOPs for assigned tasks and services.
• Ensure inspection and related activities are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in compliance
• Coordinate manpower, resources, schedules, and operational activities to ensure timely service
• Control job-related costs and resources to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor work progress both on-site and at the office and take timely action when operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in woodchip inspection, woodchip production, forestry
• Experience in supervising operational activities or coordinating inspection teams is preferred.
• Practical understanding of woodchip inspection and production processes.
• Experience working directly with clients and coordinating with internal operational teams is an
• Willing and able to travel as required by business operations.
• University degree or equivalent qualification.
